Effective March 24, 2020, the office of Brett N. Rodgers, Chapter 13 Trustee will be working remotely in order to comply with Executive Order No. 2020-21 issued by Governor Whitmer in response to the COVID-19 health emergency. Our office is accessible by phone and email during our normal business hours of 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday – Friday. As this is an adjustment for all of us, please be advised that responses could be slightly delayed as we work through the additional challenges of conducting business during this time.
